1. Where did Paula get her inspiration for the Public Theater Identity typography?
A type book that showed many r's and Paula was inspired to make the same type of gradient on the Public typography. 2. Why did Paula start painting and what does she paint? Digitalization of graphic art felt unfulfilling to Paula so she started painting to feel the physical aspect of design. She paints maps and charts with many words. 3. You have to be in a state of what to design according to Paula? State of play 4. With the Citi logo Paula said what was the difficult part of the job? It was difficult to persuade the population to use the logo. 5. What do you like or not like about Paula's work (use example)? I like that it is very bold and simplistic but at times also very exciting, like Noise Funk. 6. How do you think differently about typography now that you have seen this video? Typography is very versatile and viewed as a form of art.
